What
Is It? TheoLogic Systems Community Forums Help is
provided as a resource for our user community to exchange
ideas and ask questions about TheoLogic Systems software
products.
Who
Can Participate? In these forums, you may participate
in discussions about TheoLogic Systems products with
other users from around the world. The Community Forums
are free for all to read, but you must register as a
user if you wish to post messages and take part in a
discussion.
How
Do I Join? Simply click "Log In" at the
top of the page, then click the "Sign me up!"
link on the left. We collect no personal information
and your e-mail address is never sold or shared with
other companies. We respect your privacy.

About Official Technical Support?
Please note that Community Forums are not for official
technical support inquiries. Our support team may
or may not participate in the Community Forums. If you
have a technical support question for our staff, you
must register that request through our TheoLogic
Systems Support Center.

OF USER COMMENTS: You
acknowledge and agree, without compensation to you, that TheoLogic
Systems shall have the right to edit, copy, publish, distribute,
translate, reproduce, create derivative works from, display
or otherwise use in any form any Forums Material that you
have posted to the Forums. You acknowledge that you have the
authority to grant all rights to the Forums Material outlined
in this paragraph.
POSTING
TO THE FORUMS: You are solely responsible for all Forums Material
you post. You may post Forums Material that: (i) is owned
or created by you; (ii) is not owned or created by you but
you have the consent of the owner to make the post (You may
have to prove consent if requested); or, (iii) is in the public
domain. You assume all risk for deciding whether or not you
have the proper consent of the owner or if the posted Forums

or destructive items; (v) is in violation of any applicable

POSTING
LINKS: You may post a link to the Forums to another website;
however, under no circumstances shall you post a link to a
website containing obscene or pornographic material. You shall
not post or use the Forums for commercial purposes and shall
not distribute, advertise or solicit any funds, goods or services
on the Forums.

OF FORUMS MATERIAL: Unless expressly granted elsewhere in
this Agreement, you shall not edit, copy, publish, distribute,
translate, modify, license, sell, reproduce, create derivative
works from, display, perform, or in any way manipulate any
Forums Material other than the material posted by other parties
(other content) which shall be defined as Forums
Material posted by non-TheoLogic Systems parties, in whole
or in part. However, software that falls under the definition
of other content may not be reversed engineered unless and
to the extent permitted under applicable law.

VIOLATIONS: You are responsible for reporting copyright violations.
If You believe that the Forums Material or other content you
posted has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement
or you believe another users Forums Material or other
content is being used in an infringing matter, you shall notify
TheoLogic Systems of such abuse by sending an email to tech@theologic.com.
RIGHT
TO TERMINATE USER ACCOUNTS: At its sole discretion, TheoLogic
Systems may, at any time without notice to you, restrict,
suspend or terminate your use or access to the Forums for
no reason or any reason whatsoever without liability to you.
Likewise, in its sole discretion, TheoLogic Systems may, at
any time without notice to you, modify, change suspend or
terminate any or all portions of the Forums at any time without
liability to you.

("Linked Sites") as a convenience to you. TheoLogic Systems
does not operate or control any information, products or services
on the Linked Sites, and neither endorses or approves any
products, services or information offered at Linked Sites.
