kidney, black, butter, etc.) or just use your favorite | |

can of stewed tomatoes, sliced, whole or diced | |

Garlic

Onion,
chopped | |

Soy
cheese (optional) | |

Frito
corn chips |
Place beans, salsa, and stewed tomatoes in a pot and heat.
Add garlic salt and any other seasoning you like. While the mix is simmering,
chop onion. Place Fritos in a bowl and pour tomato mix over them. Add onion, soy
cheese, and any other toppings you desire.
